Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Tavhida Home! We currently ship nationwide within the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in California.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery location:
- Western US (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY): $7.00 flat rate
- Rest of the US: $11.00 flat rate
- Free shipping on all orders over $59.00
Please Note:
- Please provide a physical street address for delivery, we're unable to deliver to P.O. Box address.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Areas We Currently Do Not Ship To
We do not currently ship to the following locations:
- Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)
- American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands
- Micronesia and Palau
