All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases where items are damaged during transit. We strongly encourage customers to contact us via email, our contact form, or live chat prior to making a purchase. Our team is happy to provide guidance and answer any questions to ensure you make an informed decision.

For Damaged Items: 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, a photo or video of the damage, and a brief description of the issue so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For approved claims, you may choose to receive either a replacement item or a refund. We will cover the shipping costs for replacement items. If you select a refund, it will be processed within 2–3 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
